Ordering, prices, payment methods and cancellation
You can place an order via the ‘Shop’ section of our website or by sending an email to info@minervamodellismo.it.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, the IBAN will be provided at the time of ordering and the items ordered will be reserved until the transfer has been credited.

Deliveries are made via courier. The courier service has a fixed cost of €10, and products will be dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation and delivered within 5–7 working days (barring any service disruptions not attributable to Minerva Modellismo).

These rates apply to shipments within Italy. For shipments to other parts of the world, please contact us at info@minervamodellismo.it for a personalised quote.

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, the customer must send an email to info@minervamodellismo.it requesting the cancellation.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.
After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email detailing the products ordered and the total cost. Minerva Modellismo Ferroviario reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and to refund the customer in full.

Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer takes physical possession of the goods. In the event of withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
